Topic: laser boy basics

Hello,
I finally got the demon in my usb sound device to submit and give me usable X-Y output, now i am at the point i can start using laser boy but my question i have is as follows, Is there one thread or a few that have the basics on how to use this with out getting into the more complex stuff yet?
