Topic: LEM of two

Well.... Dean is finally here in my basement. So I guess that counts as a microLEM.

We're trying to comb all the bugs out of everything before we go down to SELEM.

He's been here for over an hour and we still haven't gotten past getting a reliable, all-encompassing solution to what signal comes out of where and at what level!

It all works OK, It's just a matter of figuring out how to set standards that will come up and work the same way on someone else's system.

I just put the finishing sticky laser foil on another hand made 8 channel box, that I plan to send down to a friend in Florida. But first, today, we must test it on a real laser rig!

We also plan to put our notes together on reading wave headers a little better.

We actually got a lot of stuff figured out!

I will be releasing a new version of LaserBoy soon that has quite a few bugs fixed. It now reads wave headers a lot better; even when you throw some of the weirder variations at it.

I also have some wiring to examine on this new 8 channel box before I send it away!

We're going over "Three Easy Steps to Destroy a Laser Projector Without Even Trying!"

... in preparation for moving all this gear into a car and down to North Carolina. 

Actually, we're going over a few different aspects of computer control for the purpose of demonstration.

This year I want to know more about what to expect to fail at SELEM!

I'm pretty happy with the 8 channel USB box that I made.

Now we're working on the Adat + echo Layla stuff.
