They should come out with a version for The Who!

Think how much money they would make selling instrument controllers if you have to smash then after every song!

Terry just ordered Rock Band II with the addition of all the songs from Rock Band I plus The Beatles package.

Well........

I got Rock Band I, II and The Beatles! today.

We have it all hooked up but we havn't fired up the PS3 yet.

So anyway....... this is probably my last post here.......  %) ;) ;D O0

Well...... I didn't get as much time to mess with it as I wanted, but we put The Beatles disc in first and goofed with it for a bit. I don't quite know all the rules for the game or the controllers so we were fumbling around in the dark, BUT.....

The ART and GRAPHICS of The Beatles is FAB! I mean I can sit there and just watch all the CGI videos of the warm-up to the game and enjoy it! It really is awesome art. Keep in mind, I LOVE The Beatles and I also think Yellow Submarine is one of the most delightful movies ever.... I also like all of their other movies.

I switched from guitar to drums and I think I get that controller better. I guess that's because you don't hold a drum sound. You just hit it when the colored bar thing comes down.

I'll let you know more when I get up tomorrow and mess with it with the volume WAY up!

I've been trying to learn both the guitar controller and the drums and I can tell you, the drums are for real! You definitely have to achieve skills that would translate perfectly to electronic drums and, with a bit of technique, to real drums.

In other words, it's a real bitch!

OK. I'm not much better at singing or the guitar controller, but I have seen a bit more of the games.

I totally dig the graphics in everything I've seen!

To see the characters actually moving correctly to the music being played, and to see your own character goofing up and dropping out of the sound, only to have stuff thrown at him and other band members totally pissed is f#$king awesome! The crowd boooos and screams nasty stuff. That's just too much fun.

I haven't spent more than 10 or 12 hours at it in total.

Once again I would say The Beatles Rock Band is just plain stunning.
