Received the DAC today, and yes my galvo's are scanning :-*

Only it is inverted and i don't see anything when i switch on the PCAOM....
guess these are newbe issues....

James, i hope to find you soon @skype today...
Realy need some info on this.

Is it upside down or backwards? you want to reverse the polarity on the galvo driver for whatever galvo is backwards..

  If you're using a recent ver of LBoy look for System Switch settings (item X), then select Invert Wave out (item E) then generate your wave. You could also try my app LWave to get your scanners rolling.

Go into the [Tab] menu and set these things:

3 max lit vector : 600
4 max blank vector : 800
5 max dwell : 400
.
.
.
c frames per second : 8

and regenerate the wave of that animation.

I think it will look better.

I looks like, with a bit of Mylar holographic film, these steel boxes can provide me with the necessary amount of gayness to satisfy my criteria for appropriate use with laser projection.

I also have green, purple and pink for the cover of the box.

I need to get some better pcb mounting hardware and stuff. I will scrounge in my garage tomorrow.

No mail on Monday, so I can forget about getting any more parts for another day.  :P
