It a format translator, display optimizer,a dn 3D scene converter.  it can do a lot of things including

-speed up the framerate of a sequence to reduce flicker
-find the least number of points necessary to display an image
-be used with 3D Studio max and the illustrate! plugin to create full 3D laser animations
-be used with the sketchup tool to create stillframes from polyline DXFs (when non-black lines are created)

Meet the upcoming new preview window (see O.P.)
Screencaptures taken in win2k so the light colored theme for the windows is replaced with the basic grey. In XP they look a little nicer.
