I got a green pointer module from dealextreem that was rated at 100mW. It actually measured well above 150mW and with one of drlava's drivers it actually does anaolog modulation pretty well. It likes to be very hot, so I have to turn it on full for about 10 minutes, but once it is hot it works well.

I use a hair dryer on my green pointer.
